Alfred the Octopus!

This is Alfred (front and back)! I freaking love Alfred.

I’m gonna tell you how he was made, because it was actually quite fun, and very different from the other things I do:

1) Made a skeleton out of wire from wire hangers.

2) Covered the tentacles in tape. Lots and lots of masking tape. I also wrapped the whole head with tape (instead of the individual wires) and stuffed it with paper towels so it would keep its shape.

3) Covered the whole thing in lots of plaster gauze. It’s similar to paper mache, and pretty much just as messy.

4) Painted him!

Somewhere in there, someone told me to name him Alfred. So I did. I hope you like him Comments are always read and appreciated.

This is Zax. I cannot believe I have never put Zax on this blog.

This is a wall that is supposed to be like in cartoons when someone runs through something and leaves a perfect outline of themselves.

Pokeball teapot and cups! They get bigger according to the success rate of each pokeball (normal pokeball is meh, great ball is better, ultra ball is really good, master ball never fails)

Octopi! They’re named after Big Bang Theory characters. The green one Sheldon, the purple one is Penny, and the orange one is Leonard.
